RATES

Translation

Translation rates are based on word count, complexity of the text, format (e.g. word document, pdf file, text that includes code (html, js etc)  and the extent of research required, if any.

Editing & Proofreading

Editing and proofreading are charged by the hour.

Payment

Payments are accepted by (international) bank transfer in GBP, EUR and USD or by PayPal in GBP and USD.

Terms of Payment

Corporate clients & Translation Agencies: 30 days from date of invoice

Private clients: payment in advance.

Invoicing

Invoices are issued and sent at the same time the work is delivered.

​

Large and ongoing projects are invoiced once a month on the 1st weekday of the month.
